DIMENET Newsgroup archive give you the latest breaking news in the disability community from a variety of sources. Your one source for everything. Searchable by keyword, date, and source. This type of archive is a special feature of the DIMENET Network. This LINK will lead you into the ADAPT Press Room where ADAPT's press releases have been archived. Disability Culture The Rehabilitation Act empowers each Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) to conduct planning and system change activities to overhall the each state's service delivery system using the independent living philosophical tenants.
