Justice-For-All National E-Mail Network

National SILC E-Mail

The Rehabilitation Act empowers each Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) to conduct planning and system change activities to overhall the each state's service delivery system using the independent living philosophical tenants. A E-Mail list assists in the inter-state communication and coordination. Join the National SILC E-Mail List Serve if you are part of this effort.
