Digital Camera Available for Disability Events

To help you to share the stories of YOUR local events, the Virtual CIL can lend you a digital camera. They can be sent via email or posted onto WEB sites directly. No hassle processing.

TERMS

1. Borrower must accept responsibility for the camera. One person must agree to protect and maintain possession of the camera. A character references from other persons may be requested to verify that borrower is reliable.
2. Borrower will immediately return the camera if damaged and will assist in the costs of repair or replacement. Borrower will financially assist in the replacement of the camera in the event of loss of the camera up to the full value of the camera.
3. Loan period must be set in advance and is usually limited to 30 days.
4. Borrower must agree to send copies of all photos taken upon the return of the camera so that selected photos can be shared on the Virtual CIL and other uses of the Virtual CIL.
5. Borrower will pay for return overnight shipment of camera and disks with copies of photos taken back to Virtual CIL.

The decision or grant or deny requests for a camera are subject to the final decision of the Virtual CIL sponsors.
